Hydrogen gas, which can reduce carbon dioxide emissions, is expected to play a key role as a next-generation clean energy source.
We are constructing hydrogen stations to fill fuel cell vehicles with hydrogen gas. Such vehicles use electricity generated by electrochemical reaction with oxygen in the air to drive their motors.
Although hydrogen stations require design pressures exceeding 90 MPa, we will provide the same construction management as other equipment supplied to date.
Cryopreservation system maintenance
Cryopreservation systems are a technology that utilizes the cold energy of liquefied nitrogen to store and preserve iPS sample cells in a wide range of fields including medical science and treatment, livestock, and agriculture.
Temperature control of the cryopreservation system and stable supply of liquefied nitrogen are essential for the preservation of valuable samples. We support stable system operation with regular maintenance and supervision using the technology we have built up.
Industrial gas piping systems
We examine pipeline construction methods from all angles, so that we can supply gas in any range from vacuum to ultra-high pressure, extremely low temperatures to high temperatures, and small amounts to large amounts. We provide such systems to a wide range of customers in fields including steel, chemicals, automobiles, and medical care.
In addition to satisfying the requirements of related laws and regulations such as the High Pressure Gas Safety Act, we comprehensively demonstrate our engineering know-how to meet the needs of our customers, including the seismic performance that is now in particularly high demand. We will formulate the optimal proposal to suit usage conditions.
Under a thorough safety management system, we strive to improve efficiency and reduce costs by shortening delivery times.
In addition to encouraging the acquisition of official qualifications such as Plumbing Work Operation and Management Engineer, we are working to maintain and improve the safety and quality of construction by establishing an internal qualification system for inspectors and construction managers.

Ultra-high-purity gas purification equipment
For many years, we have been providing gas purifiers at the forefront of the industry.
We have the technical expertise to handle equipment of different types, including equipment for diverse gases including nitrogen ( N2 ), oxygen ( O2 ), hydrogen ( H2 ), argon (Ar), helium (He) and ammonia ( NH3 ). Within the required utilization flow range, we handle equipment from small models for research and development to large models for large-scale factories.
Making full use of the know-how we have cultivated so far, we design and manufacture purifiers that meet the needs of our customers.
We have renewed the Puremate 1000 series, which has been highly evaluated by our customers, and started production of a new model, the "Puremate 1400 series" in 2013.
This is a purifier that integrates price reduction for the main unit, compact design, maintenance space reduction, and running cost savings while maintaining the high performance and high functionality of Puremate 1000.
Exhaust gas abatement systems
Most semiconductor process gases have many properties such as flammability, self-combustibility, corrosiveness, and toxicity.
Moreover, PFC gas with high GWP (Global Warming Potential) is also used.
Exhaust gas abatement systems (scrubbers) safely detoxify these gases.
We have been developing, designing, and manufacturing exhaust gas abatement systems (scrubbers) for many years. Based on the know-how gained, we provide the optimal equipment to meet customers' requirements.
We have a wide variety of exhaust gas treatment systems including combustion-type (air cooling/water cooling), plasma-type, adsorption-type (dry type), and scrubbers.
We also comply with the High Pressure Gas Safety Act and the Odor Prevention Act.
We design and manufacture various gas appliances for applications from semiconductors to general industries. These appliances are custom-made to customers’ requests.

The electronics, chemical, pulp and paper, and glass manufacturing industries consume large amounts of nitrogen and oxygen for atmosphere and oxidation.
We provide maintenance and management services for onsite plant that continuously uses these gases 365 days a year.
We propose the optimal maintenance at the optimum cost based on our know-how of preventive maintenance and post-maintenance accumulated through broad experience of plant maintenance since our establishment, and our wide range of knowledge and experience pertaining to rotating machines, measurement control, electricity, and water treatment.
The "PSA-type nitrogen gas generator" (PSA) is a device that supplies nitrogen gas economically and safely in industries such as the chemical, steel, electricity, and food industries. Since its development, the PSA has been widely used to meet a broad range of user needs for small to large models, and low to high purity.
In addition, this device is friendly to the global environment, with functions such as power saving.
We propose optimal maintenance and inspection programs for the stable supply of nitrogen gas by PSA, based on our wealth of maintenance experience.

Completion inspection (High Pressure Gas Safety Act)
The hazards of high pressure gas equipment make conformance to the requirements of the High Pressure Gas Safety Act essential.
Regulatory reforms have enabled private companies with inspection technology and high reliability to perform completion inspections to ensure that equipment meets those requirements.
We have been designated by the Minister of Economy, Trade and Industry as a designated completion inspection body, and nationwide we carry out reliable, professional completion inspections at facilities to which general high pressure gas safety regulations apply.
Our service is also available on public holidays and has been highly evaluated. (Ability to meet requests is subject to inspection schedule.)
Note: After making the completion inspection, if it is recognized that the company conforms to the technical standards, we will issue a completion inspection certificate. Please submit a copy of the completion inspection certificate and the completion inspection notification of the designated completion inspection body to the competent administrative authority.
Safety inspection (High Pressure Gas Safety Act)
After a completion inspection has been made, mandatory safety inspections are required on a regular basis to check the maintenance status of high-pressure gas equipment. (Depending on the amount of processing, equipment may be exempted from safety inspections.)
Due to regulatory reforms, private companies which have high reliability and inspection technologies are now able to carry out safety inspections to check maintenance status.
Our company has been designated by the Minister of Economy, Trade and Industry as a designated safety inspection body and can carry out safety inspections of equipment to which safety regulations such as general high pressure gas safety regulations, liquefied petroleum gas safety regulations, and safety regulations for industrial complexes apply. (Safety regulations for industrial complexes, etc. are limited to certain areas). We carry out reliable safety inspections under the supervision of professionals.
Note: After making the safety inspection, if it is recognized that equipment conforms to the technical standards, we will issue a safety inspection certificate. Please submit a copy of the safety inspection certificate and the designated safety inspection body's safety inspection notification to the competent administrative authority.
Operation management of gas supply equipment
Most customers conduct continuous operations at sites that use industrial gas. The electronics industry, in particular, uses difficult-to-handle gases such as high-purity gas and specialty gas 24 hours a day, 365 days a year.
Such operations require stable gas supply, and gas supply equipment operation management is a key point.
In order for our customers to use these gases safely and with peace of mind, gas professionals from the Taiyo Nippon Sanso Group, including our qualified personnel and internal certified personnel, are responsible for the operation management and day-to-day inspection of high-pressure gas equipment, gas plants, special gas supply equipment, and even gas exhaust equipment.
